Kovida founded Caremark Harlow and Epping Forest in 2017 with a mission to become the most trusted care provider in Essex, empowering individuals to live independently while receiving exceptional care. Originally beginning his career in IT and Business Management, Kovida's passion for helping vulnerable individuals drew him back into the care sector, where he discovered his true calling. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience supporting adults with autism and learning disabilities and has held senior roles in supported living, rehabilitation, and outreach services within both charitable organizations and local authorities.
A visionary leader, Kovida is committed to fostering a talented and compassionate team that embodies Caremark's ethos and values.
